At Shifty Mods, we’re committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle the delivery of your purchases. Once we our our partners have shipped your item out to you, the refund policy will have to be followed, as we can no longer cancel your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. We will also notify you when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across Australia. Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping options. Delivery times typically range from 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery location and the location of where the product is coming from.
Tracking Your Order
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package and monitor its delivery status.
International Shipping
Availability: At this time, we only offer international shipping to New Zealand. We currently ship within Australia and to our neighbours in New Zealand at this time. If you are from a location outside these countries, please contact us to see if we can provide a solution.
Shipping Restrictions
PO Boxes: Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. A physical address is required for all deliveries. At times will we allow this at our discretion.
Oversized Items: Certain oversized items may require special shipping arrangements and may incur additional charges. If your order includes an oversized item, we will contact you to discuss the best shipping options.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
