At Shifty Mods, we aim to get your order packed, shipped, and delivered as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the information below to understand how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders across Australia and New Zealand.
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Supplier-order, special-order, oversized, or direct-from-partner items may take longer depending on availability and shipping requirements.
Once an order has been dispatched by Shifty Mods or one of our shipping partners, we are unable to cancel the shipment. If you need to return an item after it has been dispatched or delivered, our Refund Policy will apply.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, sale events, supplier delays, or high-volume order periods, processing times may vary. If there are any significant delays with your order, we will contact you where possible.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
In-Stock Item Delivery
For products that are in stock and ready to ship, orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service used.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, regional delivery areas, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Supplier-Order & Partner-Stock Items
Some products may be supplied directly from our supplier network, partner warehouses, or ordered in specifically for your purchase.
These items may have longer processing and delivery times than products held in stock by Shifty Mods.
Where possible, availability or lead-time information will be shown on the product page. If you are unsure about delivery timing before ordering, please contact us and we can help confirm expected availability.
Express Shipping
Express shipping options may be available at checkout for eligible orders.
Express delivery within Australia typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service used.
Please note that selecting express shipping only affects the delivery speed after dispatch. It does not always shorten supplier lead times, special-order wait times, or processing times for products that are not immediately available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping requirements of your order.
While we aim for shipping prices to be as accurate as possible at checkout, in some cases additional charges may be required due to factors such as delivery location, item size, weight, or special freight requirements. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional costs.
Some products may ship from different locations, including Shifty Mods, supplier warehouses, or partner locations. This may affect the final shipping cost shown at checkout.
Oversized, heavy, or bulky items may require special freight arrangements and may incur additional charges.
Bulky or Oversized Items
Certain oversized or heavy products may require special shipping arrangements.
If your order includes an item that cannot be shipped through standard courier services, we may contact you to confirm the best available delivery option before dispatch.
Additional freight charges may apply depending on the item size, weight, and delivery location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order directly through the courier’s tracking system.
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us and we can help look into it.
Australia & New Zealand Shipping
Shifty Mods ships throughout Australia and New Zealand.
At this time, international shipping is only available to New Zealand.
If you are located outside Australia or New Zealand, please contact us before placing an order and we can let you know whether a shipping option may be available.
PO Boxes
We generally do not ship to PO Boxes.
A physical delivery address is required for most orders, especially for courier, freight, oversized, or signature-required deliveries.
PO Box delivery may be accepted at our discretion for selected smaller items where suitable.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, photos of the damaged packaging, photos of the damaged item, and any relevant delivery details.
We will work with the carrier to review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the courier or shipping provider to investigate the delivery status and help resolve the issue.
