Koyo Performance Radiator – Mazda MX-5 / Miata / Roadster (NB) 1997–2005
Application: Mazda MX-5 / Miata / Roadster | NB (1997–2005) | 1.6L & 1.8L Aspirated & Turbo Petrol RWD | Manual Transmission Only
Part Number: VH060650 / KV060650
The NB MX-5 refined everything that made the NA great — sharper, more refined, and just as rewarding to drive hard. But like its predecessor, the factory cooling system has its limits when the heat really builds. Koyorad's Hyper V-Core 36mm Series radiator was engineered for exactly this: tight engine bays, high heat cycles, and factory inlet/outlet positions that rule out a conventional N-FLO design.
The Hyper V-Core's precision fin and tube pitch dramatically increases surface area without choking airflow — keeping coolant temps in check on track, on the mountain, or in summer traffic. It's a direct bolt-in replacement that retains all OEM fan shroud mounts and stock hose connections for a clean, straightforward install.
Also fits the Mazdaspeed MX-5 Turbo — one of the few radiators that handles the added heat load of the factory turbo application without compromise.
Every Koyorad All Aluminium Racing Radiator is Nocolok furnace brazed, precision TIG welded by hand, and triple pressure tested before leaving the factory.
Why Koyorad?
