The LM500gen2 turbocharger from Ladermanufaktur offers outstanding performance and durability in a plug & play solution for the 2.0L TSI EA888 Gen.3 MQB engine.

This turbocharger delivers up to 530+ hp and is optimized by converting it to an LM compressor wheel and a 9-blade high-flow turbine. The LM Motorsport bearing and sealing systems, as well as the machining of the compressor and exhaust housing, ensure fast response and superior stability.

The charger manufacturer produces this turbocharger in Germany and meets the highest standards such as the 14001:2015 and DIN EN ISO 9001 certifications. The LM500gen2 turbocharger fits perfectly in vehicles such as the Golf 7/7.5 R, GTI, Cupra 280 300, Octavia RS, AUDI S3 and many other models.

This turbocharger produces 500 hp under normal conditions and reaches an impressive 530+ hp at peak. Thanks to the LM HighPerformance Core, it's extremely stable, while the LM RapidResponse Spool ensures maximum power and a wide rev range.

The LM500gen2 comes with a matching gasket and is easy to install thanks to adapters for any pipe size. For optimal performance, we recommend a software upgrade as well as a larger downpipe, intake, high-pressure pump, and intercooler.

Option 1: New Turbocharger
In this case, your existing turbocharger does not need to be sent in, as a completely new turbocharger will be delivered. You can keep your existing turbocharger.

Option 2: Rebuilt Turbocharger (Core Deposit - $1,976.00 + shipping)
Here, you send in your OE/OEM turbocharger, which will be rebuilt. This assumes that the turbocharger housing is not defective. See all details about core deposit requirements in the description below.

Motorsport parts without road approval: We would like to explicitly point out that none of our parts offered for sale are original vehicle parts from the vehicle manufacturers BMW AG, M GmbH, MINI, VAG or other vehicle manufacturers. The naming of vehicle makes and models is only for the purpose of finding products and assigning them to the appropriate vehicle type.

A refundable core deposit is a temporary fee associated with Ladermanufaktur's remanufactured turbo upgrades. They use factory turbochargers as the base to build your custom upgrade, and in exchange, we require the return of your old turbocharger(s). You can choose to pay the deposit upfront and receive a full refund once you return your old turbocharger(s) within 30 days of receiving your upgrade. Alternatively, you can send in your turbocharger(s) for upgrading first and avoid the deposit altogether.

Core Deposit Process

After placing an order for a rebuilt turbocharger from Ladermanufaktur, we will contact you with further details. You will receive a follow-up invoice for the core deposit, which must be paid before we can purchase your turbocharger from Ladermanufaktur. This deposit reflects the difference in cost between rebuilt and new units and will be fully refunded once the core is returned and the refund is processed by Ladermanufaktur.

Customers may send in any turbocharger matching the part number listed in the compatibility section, regardless of condition, provided it is suitable for remanufacturing. Please note that turbochargers with visible damage or failed internal parts are unlikely to be reusable. Confirm your unit’s condition carefully to avoid paying for a fully remanufactured new unit while receiving a rebuilt older one.

You have the option to return your core directly to Ladermanufaktur or send it to us for handling on your behalf. If you choose to have us manage the return, an additional shipping fee will apply. To ensure your core is returned in optimal condition, please use the original box and packaging provided by Ladermanufaktur when you received your order.
