ZF 1087.298.364 is a genuine ZF transmission service kit for many BMW and other vehicles using the ZF 8HP plastic sump with integrated filter. Common BMW transmission families include selected 8HP45, 8HP50/51, 8HP70 and 8HP75 applications.
The kit includes the ZF sump/filter assembly, gasket/sealing components and required service hardware. It is supplied without transmission fluid. ZF LifeguardFluid 8 or the correctly approved equivalent should be used where specified for the transmission.
Important: This is not a universal service kit for every ZF 8HP transmission. Some 8HP76 applications use a separate replaceable filter and a different pan, while newer Gen 4 8HP60/80/100 and hybrid 8P transmissions use different service parts. BMW fitment can also vary by production date. Please confirm the transmission code or provide the VIN before ordering if unsure.
